Port is the key node to connect inland and ocean,and it is the lifeblood of international transportation.The transportation of goods from the sea to the land can not be separated from the operation of the port.The operation of the port mainly includes the container loading and unloading operation and the yard operation.Port container loading and unloading operation is an important part of port operation,which is directly related to the transport of containers after the ship's landing.The research of resource allocation and optimal scheduling for container handling has attracted many scholars.The current optimal scheduling of container handling is mostly confined to static scheduling.That is,the optimal scheduling is carried out before the work plan is made.With the development of port transport industry and the actual port container loading and unloading process,there are often unexpected unexpected events,that is disturbance.The emergence of a disturbance will disrupt the pre-established job arrangement.In this case,a new scheduling model is needed-rescheduling.This paper will focus on this new model.Rescheduling can solve the problem of disturbance,adjust the plan dynamically and realtime after the occurrence of disturbance,ensure that the new task is completed at the lowest cost and improve the corresponding capacity of the port.In this paper,using the analysis method for Agent,using Agent technology to build a rescheduling model port container handling operations,including system modeling,system structure and interaction model,the main design of the 4 types of Agent,Agent,Agent,ship shore bridge Trailer Agent,Agent control.How about every Agent work and the functions of each kind of Agent are described,this article focuses on three kinds of disturbance of processing strategy,and finally to berth planning experiment as an example,according to the three kinds of disturbance three kinds of experiments were carried out,using the greedy algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm for the objective function of experimental method was optimized the final conclusion.Rescheduling can significantly improve the efficiency of existing operations and ultimately improve the throughput of the port.In general,this paper relies on the design of re scheduling system for port container handling operation,which can provide an advanced reference model for future port operation optimization research.
