As we all know,yard management and dockside management are closely related.The lower efficiency of yard operation will lead to the lower efficiency of the entire dock's operation.As a result,it'll be in the dry tree among the fierce competition of the market.Yard operations involve many types of personnel,facilities and equipment.Also,the process of yard operations is complex,dynamic and full of uncertain.Emergencies such as the sudden failure of container lorry or field bridge often result in poorly performing,inefficient,or even out-of-date schedules.At this time,repair or regeneration to the original schedule is urgently needed.Therefore,this paper carries out the research on the rescheduling of container terminal yards.After comparing and analyzing the relevant research at home and abroad,it found that the types of existing rescheduling are mainly divided into periodic type,event touch type and mixed type.Combining with the analysis of container terminal yard operation process,it concluded that the whole operation process is characterized by complexity,multi-objective and dynamic,which is suitable for event triggered rescheduling mechanism.Meanwhile,multi-agent technology is introduced to carry out the design of rescheduling model.A multi-agent-based yard rescheduling system is designed by combining the re-scheduling procedure of container terminal yard and researching and the multi-agent.In addition,a multi-agent framework model is established.As to the negotiation mechanism of agents,this paper has chosen a method of Contract Net Protocol.Also,it has designed the negotiation process of each agent in this system.Also,after researching on the inference process of fuzzy decision and the principle of fuzzification and defuzzification,a knowledge model of agents' fuzzy decision based on CNP is established.This paper has taken the scheduling of container lorry for example.It has designed a series of fuzzy decision of interaction process among agents which have involved in the scheduling of container lorry.It also puts forward an algorithm for evaluating the settlement schedule of container lorry based on fuzzy reasoning and verifies availability of the algorithm with the help of Matlab.At the last,this paper adopts a method similar to the analysis of project schedule deviation to accurately obtain rescheduling point.It sets the rule of re-scheduling decision for equipment agents and master control agent respectively as well.The rescheduling model used in the scheduling process was evaluated.It found that the container terminal yard operation rescheduling system based on multi-agent could make the most cost-saving rescheduling at the right time by assessing the fuzzy decision scheme algorithm and combining with access to rescheduling time.
