| The research in this paper mainly predicts the drag resistance of the wave-piercing catamaran model ship in still water,as well as the pitch,heave,and wave resistance of the wave-piercing catamaran sailing against the waves in regular waves,and according to certain conversion relations,Predict actual ship data and compare and analyze with existing actual ship data.Carry out optimization analysis for the model ship,and add stern flaps of different sizes(1mm,3mm,5mm)to the model ship.And choose the best size with good resistance performance and seakeeping.This paper uses Rhino software to establish a three-dimensional ship model,and uses STAR-CCM+ software to predict the still water towing resistance of a wave-piercing catamaran model ship.The obtained data is converted to actual ship data,and then analyzed with existing experimental data.In contrast,the error should be controlled within a certain range in order to provide a more credible reference for the optimal design of ship resistance.When predicting the seakeeping of a ship,a certain conversion is also required to obtain the actual ship data,and then compare and analyze with the existing experimental data.In the aspect of irregular wave prediction,the spectrum analysis method is mainly used to predict the speed of the wave-piercing catamaran model ship to be 3.72m/s,that is,when the actual ship speed is 28 knots,the motion performance under irregular waves is mainly predicted in this paper.The movement of ships in wave class,class 4,and class 5.In terms of optimization,the research mainly focuses on model ships.The study found that in terms of resistance,the 1mm and 3mm stern flaps have better optimization effects.At certain speeds,the 5mm stern flaps will produce a bowing moment and hinder the ship’s advancement.In terms of seakeeping,this article only studies the motion state of the model ship at 3.72m/s.The stern flap has a more obvious influence on the ship’s heave.The best optimization effect is the 1mm and 3mm stern flaps.At the same time,considering the ship’s resistance at the same speed,the 3mm stern flap has a good performance in terms of drag resistance in still water,or the pitch and heave caused by ships sailing on the sea. |
