The electric vehicle charging pile is an important part of new energy automobile industry.On January 1,2016,the national standard committee issued and implemented the five new revision of the electric vehicle charging interface and standard communication protocol.New standard increase the safety of multiple detection circuit and communication message,improved the safety and reliability of the electric vehicle charging pile.At the same time,further standardize the size of the electric vehicle charging pile interface,the unified interface size for the electric car is compatible with using different types of charging pile become possible.Referring to the specifications in the new standard GB/T 18487-2015 "electric vehicle transmission charging system",the GB/T 20234-2015 "electric vehicle transmission charging connection device" and the GB/T 27930-2015 "electric vehicle non communication protocol between vehicle transmission charger and battery management system".Design a DC charging system whice is meet the latest national standards of electric vehicle charging facilities.DC charging pile control system with the mainstream 32 bit ARM processor STM32F207 as the core,includes the DC interface detection,network communications and memory cells and other basic unit circuit.And realize the new standard requirements of insulation detection,total pressure detection,electronic lock detection and gun head temperature detection and other charging safety detection measures.the system peripheral smart meter to complete the metering of electric energy,configuration control touch screen to achieve human-computer interaction.According to the GB/T 18487-2015,and the GB/T 27930-2015,the system design the software from the bottom of the driver,task scheduling,and human-computer interaction.Finally realized the hardware and software are in line with the national standards of the new DC charging pile system.The performance and function of the DC charging pile system are tested and verified.The experimental results show that the DC charging pile designed in this paper is safe and reliable,and the man-machine interface is good.
