The development of health care has a great significance in the economic development of our country.It can promote the long-term social and economic development of our country and promote the personal health of all people.The focus of attention is on individual medical and health issues.With the rapid economic and technological development in our country,people's lives begin to develop intelligently and their attitudes and needs to life also change from time to time.Health has become a primary concern.Therefore,monitoring of ECG disease is an important means of early prevention and diagnosis,which is of great significance in medical supervision.The 12-lead ECG monitoring system can describe more comprehensive ECG information and help clinical diagnosis of ECG,which has important diagnostic significance.12-lead ECG system has been adopted broadly throughout the world,which collected more accurate and stable 12-channel ECG signal data to ensure the follow-up ECG signal processing and analysis helping on analyzing the ECG characteristics of patients.Through the terminal device using ten leads to collect eight-channel ECG signal,and through the mathematical calculation of 12-lead ECG data in real-time monitoring terminal to display and record.Through the ECG display of the waveform can be based on the characteristics of ECG signals to determine the patient's cardiovascular disease.Compared to single-pole lead and other multi-lead monitoring equipment,12-lead ECG monitoring equipment obtained more comprehensive diagnostic information with medical value for doctors and patients.According to the background,this essay completed a 12-lead portable ECG monitoring system based on wireless transmissionThe main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Research on the international background and analyze ECG bases and characteristics of waveforms.According to the noise interference existing in the process of ECG acquisition,the signal is filtered and amplified by a reasonable design of the hardware circuit.According to the actual situation of the system,the 12-lead ECG data has been processed and transmitted to PC for real time display.2.Completed the circuit design of 12-lead portable ECG system and finished PCB layout.A front-end acquisition circuit module and a signal processing module are designed.Front-end acquisition circuit module includes acquisition buffer circuit,right leg drive(RLD)circuit,Wilson Center(Wilson Center)circuit,differential amplifier and multi-stage amplifier circuit.The signal passes through three-level hardware filter circuit,and the RLD circuit can effectively reduce the noise interference in the acquisition process.The core of the signal processing module is MSP430 central processing chip mainly controlling lead-switch chip,analog-digital conversion chip.The lead switching circuit and the analog-digital conversion circuit send the digital signal to the center processing chip.3.The software of the central processing chip.Control the lead-switch chip to obtain multi-channel signals and the sampling process of the AD chip.Configure the chip's internal data communication module to transmit through UART and the wireless module.Design 50Hz digital filter from the software processing level to eliminate the interference.4.Completed Zigbee's configuration.Tree style Zigbee wireless transmission for signals transmitted to the PC side and the PC-side software can display 12-lead ECG.5.Design a 12-lead ECG monitoring display software based on Labview.It is based on the flow of signals using graphical programming procedure and it is flexible and compatible.Our display system can collect 8-bit ECG signal and after calculating the system can get 12-bit ECG signal so the 12-lead waveforms can be displayed.6.Tested the system and the results were analyzed.The wireless transmission of ECG monitoring system was tested.The system can transmit the heart signal through wireless transmission realizing the remote 12-lead ECG monitoring.
