Finite element software is widely used in practical projects and solves many problems.However,the traditional finite element methods have the disadvantages of large workload,cumbersome work,and low efficiency in the processing of high-order continuous structures and plane cracks.In this paper,the high-order continuous beam and plane crack problems are considered as the research object.Combining the moving least squares(MLS)approximation,the additional stiffness matrix of the higher order term and the additional stiffness matrix of the discontinuous displacement field are embedded in ANSYS through the secondary development of ANSYS.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by a numerical example.The application of MLS approximation in finite element software is broadened.The research work of this paper mainly has the following aspects:(1)Analyze the selection of parameters that have a significant impact on numerical simulations,such as influence domains,Gaussian integration points,and weight functions involved in the secondary development of ANSYS.At the same time,it analyzes and summarizes the solutions to the problems such as the system environment setting for the secondary development of ANSYS and the selection of relevant parameters during the compilation and development of subroutines.(2)Through the simulation of high-order continuous beams,the simulation of high-order continuous structures in finite element software is preliminarily achieved.The high order additional stiffness of high order continuous structures is successfully embedded in ANSYS.The influence of scale factors on the deflection of high-order continuous beam joints is analyzed.The simulation results show the feasibility of this method in one-dimensional problem.(3)Taking the homogeneous thin plate containing internal cracks as an example,theplane crack problem is studied.Through the secondary development of ANSYS,the crack segment model was applied to the finite element software simulation.It is proved that it is effective to apply the MLS Approximation to embed the additional stiffness matrix of the discontinuous displacement field into ANSYS.At the same time,the internal cracks containing different layouts were simulated and analyzed.The data results prove that the application of ANSYS secondary development method in the two-dimensional problem can achieve the desired effect.In summary,through the simulation analysis of the one-dimensional and two-dimensional problem examples,it is proved that the secondary development method of the ANSYS combined with the MLS approximation can achieve the research purpose well,and realize the high-order continuous theory and the crack segment model in ANSYS.application.
