| Electromagnetic compatibility is an important research direction for pure electric vehicles.Electron radiation is generated during the use of electronic equipment in pure electric vehicles.In-vehicle electromagnetic radiation will not only interfere with the normal operation of the electronic equipment and electronic systems in the vehicle,affect the driving safety,but also have adverse effects on the body’s health.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the electromagnetic environment in a pure electric vehicle.At present,to conduct electromagnetic radiation simulation of electronic devices,it is usually necessary to first convert the three-dimensional physical model of the research object into an electromagnetic model,and then perform electromagnetic simulation.The advantage of this simulation method is that it can accurately express the geometric characteristics of the study object.However,there are the following problems: On the one hand,more detailed physical models will complicate the electromagnetic model,which will increase the amount of calculations and impose high requirements on the computer’s computational memory.On the other hand,the complex model will cause distortion of the grid.The result is error.Especially when the research object contains multiple electrical devices at the same time,the model is particularly complex.The above two problems are more prominent.Therefore,a reliable result is obtained.At the same time,the computer requires less computational memory,the simulation speed is fast,and the simulation time is short.Efficient electromagnetic radiation simulation method is very necessary.This paper takes the interior electromagnetic radiation environment of pure electric vehicles as the research object,and proposes an efficient simulation method to establish the equivalent model for electromagnetic radiation environment.The result shows that theefficient electromagnetic radiation simulation method based on the equivalent model is used for electromagnetic radiation in pure electric vehicles.Simulation research is not only accurate and reliable,but also reduces the amount of calculations and reduces the simulation time.This method can provide a reference method for the simulation research of complex electromagnetic fields under the joint action of multiple electrical devices.(1)By studying the structure of selected pure electric vehicles,according to the principle of electromagnetic radiation,determine the main electromagnetic interference sources in the target vehicle,including communication antennas,drive motors,DC/DC converters and high-voltage wire harnesses.According to the working principle,they are described one by one.The mechanism of electromagnetic radiation generated during work.(2)By comparing the existing electromagnetic radiation numerical calculation method and the characteristics of the electromagnetic radiation in the pure electric vehicle selected in this article,a numerical calculation method combining time-domain finite integral method and multilayer fast multipole method is selected.When the electromagnetic radiation in a pure electric car is studied,the amount of calculation can be reduced.(3)For the current vehicle-level electromagnetic radiation simulation,there are many interference sources,the model structure is complex,the depth of the electromagnetic field fusion,the calculation volume is large,and the simulation time is long.An efficient electromagnetic radiation simulation method using an equivalent model is proposed.The high efficiency is mainly It means that the computational memory requirements of the computer are low,the simulation speed is fast,the simulation time is short,and the simulation results are reliable.Based on the principle of electromagnetic radiation,the main electromagnetic radiation interference source model of the selected pure electric vehicle is equivalent to a suitable single The antenna model.(4)Using CST software to simulate the electromagnetic radiation of the three-dimensional model and the equivalent model of the drive motor,the simulation results and simulation time are compared under the same simulation conditions,which shows that the proposed high-efficiency simulation method can achieve the purpose of reducing thesimulation time,and The error is minimal.(5)The use of CST software to complete the vehicle electromagnetic radiation simulation,and in accordance with the requirements of the standard GJB5313-2004(electromagnetic radiation exposure limits and measurement methods),design pure electric vehicle electromagnetic radiation intensity distribution test test,verify the vehicle through the test results The simulation results show that the efficient electromagnetic radiation simulation method proposed in this paper to establish an equivalent model is reliable for the simulation of electromagnetic radiation in pure electric vehicles. |
