Wireless technology and the increasingly rapid development of microwave technology,electromagnetic radiation problem gradually become associated with society and people’s extensive concern,the electric car to power as a source of power,a variety of electrical and electronics equipment to work together,the electromagnetic radiation of the problems of the process can not be ignored,the car’s electromagnetic environment is very complex,the electromagnetic radiation level not only affect components and electronic systems,and security about the health of human body,based on this,in this paper,the electromagnetic radiation level of electric vehicle interior.Expanding the application scope of electromagnetic technology,not only confined to the innovation and development in the field of electric vehicles,electromagnetic environment supervision also slowly become concerns of the environmental protection department,we should not only study the electromagnetic radiation characteristic of the new equipment,new technology,also want to from the Angle of environment to increase and improve the regional environment of electromagnetic radiation level assessment method,on-board patrol monitoring technology research started against this background.In order to strengthen the management of electromagnetic environment,this paper studies the influence factors of vehicle patrol technology from two aspects of inside and outside the vehicle.In this paper,a modeling and simulation method of electromagnetic radiation source inside electric vehicle is proposed.The equivalent modeling and simulation of the main radiation source driving motor and battery source are carried out,and the electric field intensity level is analyzed in the simulation software CST.The three-dimensional solid model and the equivalent model are compared and analyzed to verify the reliability of the equivalent model.A kind of shielding measure of electromagnetic radiation inside the vehicle is created,and a rectification scheme is designed to improve the EMC level of electric vehicles.In the research on the influencing factors of the on-board inspection and monitoring of electromagnetic radiation,the main factors that may have an impact on the on-board inspection and monitoring results are identified and analyzed.This paper includes the influence of the surrounding vehicles and the changes when passing through the overhead transmission lines.Through data research,theoretical analysis,actual environmental measurement,electromagnetic simulation and other research methods,qualitative or quantitative analysis of the impact of the above factors on the data.In this paper,the electromagnetic radiation modeling and simulation of electric vehicles are studied,and the influencing factors of on-board patrol are analyzed,which has certain engineering application value.
