Research On The Village Reconstruction Based On Low Cost

In recent years,in the environment of new rural construction,the new rural construction in full swing in the country,and various forms of village transformation practice have been carried out all over the country,which has made active exploration and practice to promote the new rural construction,urban and rural development.However,the imbalanced distribution of the national financial investment in the city and the township and the limitation of the use of local financial funds in the livelihood projects have made the unsatisfactory village renovation results.The phenomenon of rough quality of construction and the transformation results deviating from public opinion are till exist.The prevalence of this situation has not only caused a huge waste of construction resources,and ultimately harmed the fundamental interests of the majority of the villagers,seriously affected the social harmony and stability.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of construction,this paper attempts to explore the effective way to improve the village transformation under the shortage of construction and maintenance funds to meet the urgent needs of the villagers for the high quality village living environment.This paper first combs the concept and research content of low cost Landscape architecture design,clarifies the core idea and research scope of low cost Landscape architecture design:low cost Landscape architecture design is the exploration of Landscape architecture design strategy under the condition of insufficient funds.It does not mean the low quality design,the difficult maintenance,nor is the traditional ecological garden,conservation-oriented garden.Then we investigated the "villager life satisfaction" of 657 villagers;introduced the project response theory to guide the organization of village life satisfaction survey questionnaire;designed the survey questionnaire,which the difficulty and discrimination in line with the survey population and can truly reflect the wishes of villagers and put into the investigation.The results of the survey are combined with the concept of low cost Landscape architecture design and put forward the theoretical strategy of low cost village transformation:low input,low operation and high efficiency.Finally,through the design case of the transformation of the village of Laiwu tea Town,and together with the theory of low cost village reconstruction,we come to an effective way to transform low-cost village:Low input-control the construction cost and reduce man-made interference of resources and environment under the condition of meeting the demand;low operation-establish the waste recycling system and reduce maintenance costs;high efficiency-establish a multi-level resource utilization mode.There are many new rural construction modes.Based on the planning and design,this paper elaborates the research work of the village transformation on the basis of the transformation case of the tourism village.In this study,the theory of low-cost landscape design has been introduced into the village renovation construction,and through scientific public opinion investigation,guiding the village planning and reconstruction construction,seeking new ways for the transformation of modern tourism village,and effectively improving the quality of the villagers,and promoting the local economic development.Through the planning and design transformation,we enriched the application of low cost landscape design theory in the practice of village transformation,which has a very strong practical significance for improving the village ecological environment,integrating the village land,improving the agricultural production efficiency,promoting the tertiary industry development,increasing the employment position,attracting the young labor force,thus guiding the population to adjust the proportion of age,solving the problem of the aging population,left-behind children and other issues,and providing a referential template for the village renovation and construction under the new era.
