Nowadays,along with the more violent competition in automotive industry day by day,the flow of talent is very often and more and more enterprises are aware of the talent competition has become the key point in the industry competition in future.For attracting and retaining talents,it must improve the employee satisfaction,develop the sense of belonging,continuously strengthen cohesive force and establish the enterprise culture which takes human as the core element.As a result,the management level and human resources managers have pay more attention on employee satisfaction gradually.This has become a difficulty for enterprise who has to meet,how to forecast and analyze accurately if the employees satisfy with the current status of company management or not by employee satisfaction survey and make out the feasible countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction.GEP Company is an auto part manufacturing enterprise under the European GEP Group and built up in Shenyang of China in 2012.Within short 5 years,it has become a middle scale enterprise which owns more than 500 employees.GEP meets a complex customer group in automotive industry.It is necessary to advance the employees’ comprehensive satisfaction for enterprise in order to attract and retain the core talents and decrease the staff turnover rate.Taking GEP Company as the study object and by the way of questionnaire survey,this article analyzes the data of 2016 GEP Employee Satisfaction Survey,firstly realizes the problems of current status in GEP management,further draws up a series of improvement countermeasures to employee satisfaction,supplies support to decrease the staff turnover rate and promote employee performance,and thereby create a beneficial environment for enterprise to develop and retain talents.It hopes to provide some assistances for enterprise to understand employees’ working attitude,inspire employees,advance employee satisfaction,and improve business management through the research and exploration of this employee satisfaction survey and improvement Countermeasure.
