Current economic background,the chi yu petroleum machinery co.,LTD.,faced with lower earnings and other economic pressure,so the employee satisfaction survey research can help enterprises understand the current state of employees,to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise cohesion and plays an important role.Employees in Chi yu petroleum machinery co.,LTD as the research object,on the b asis of maslow’s hierarchy of needs,two-factor theory,equity theory such as job satisfa ction theory,reference the MSQ and JDI mature and perfect satisfaction scale,through data collection,interview,questionnaire survey,and crosstab analysis method is adopte d to employees of the enterprises pay fair satisfaction study,growth,development and working conditions.The result shows:the chi yu company employees’ overall satisfaction is higher,but the salary is lower than fair working conditions satisfaction,growth,development degree of satisfaction;Female employees in salary fair,growth,development satisfaction scores less than men,but in the working conditions there is no significant difference with male staff satisfaction;Employee satisfaction of different ages to present the characteristics of the inverted u-shaped curve,namely the low age and employee satisfaction than middle-aged higher age groups;Low income workers in three kinds of satisfaction scores were lower and present the linear characteristics.So the chi yu petroleum machinery co.,LTD.Shall be appropriate to raise the level of young female employee wages,appropriate open female staff development space,at the same time to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture to make up for the inadequacy of working conditions,and to give younger and older workers pay more attention to.
