The real ship data is used to simulate the shafting motion simulation model and establish the numerical simulation in this paper,Based on the characteristics of mutual excitation-induced vibration between the shaft and the oil film, the stability of the shafting motion during the collision, the impact force of the collision ship during the collision and the influence of the shaft movement characteristics and the abnormal coupled motion of the ship shaft after collision are analyzed by using MATLAB simulation and ANSYS finite element simulation. It is used to explore the shaft damage mechanism during the ship collision process, and expect to plot the ship speed chart in different ship collisions to guide how to continue the safe life of the ship after collision.Analyzing and researching the data, the results as follows:1?The collision of the ship will cause a large number of energy changes and change the structural plasticity of the ship. These complex energy changes will affect the stability of the propulsion shafting, which will result in changes in the stiffness and the natural frequency of the shaft support. Therefore, after the collision process of the ship, the propulsion shafting system should be given attention and corresponding professional protection should be provided.2?The force generated by a ship in the event of a collision will not only cause tear damage to the hull's casing structure, but it will also transmit external forces to the propulsion shaft system, causing abnormal vibration and wear of the shaft system.Because the initial speed of the ship, the location of the collision of the ship, and the rotational speed of the shaft in the collision process of the ship are different from each other, the impact force generated by the ship during a collision has a different influence on the movement of the propulsion shafting. These impacts can also cause coupled motion of the ship's shaft, causing secondary damage to the ship. Therefore, after the ship collision accident,in order to ensure the least damage to the shaft system, the ship operator must first make a preliminary judgment on the impact of the collision on the hull stiffness, and then take targeted collision avoidance and protection measures.3?In the event of a collision, the ship is affected by a series of external factors as well as internal factors. Therefore,in the event of a collision accident on a ship, the speed of rotation should not be increased blindly, nor reduced too low.Instead,a corresponding map of safe operation of the propulsion shafting system should be formulated in advance, and the speed of the propulsion shafting system should be reasonably selected to avoidsecondary wear of the shaft system caused by abnormal wear due to rubbing between the tail shaft and the tail bearing, resulting in unnecessary economic losses.
