With the development of the social economy,the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles in China,according to the Ministry of Public Security Traffic Management Bureau statistics,by the end of 2017 vehicles in China has a total of 310 million cars,car has become one of the necessary traffic tools in the travel,driving safety also gradually became the focus of attention.The state of the automobile tire is the guarantee of the safety of the people,and the monitoring of the condition of tire parameters is very important.With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence and big data,the traditional tire pressure monitoring system has the defects of single function,interactivity and extensibility,then developed a powerful new type of tire pressure monitoring system is particularly important.Based on the ready-made resource of smart phone and the hot spot of Bluetooth beacon,a new type of tire pressure monitoring system is designed.This system is mainly composed of tire pressure monitoring module,tire pressure control module,mobile phone APP,server and bluetooth beacon,in ensuring the traditional tire pressure detection,under the premise of abnormal alarm,display,increase the interaction of the system through the phone APP,the tire pressure data uploaded to the server and algorithm processing,enhance the expansibility of the system,and finally the information push through Bluetooth beacon,enrich the function of the system.The main research work and innovation in this paper are as follows:(1)The hardware design and software design of the tire pressure detection module and the middle control module.The hardware design includes the circuit schematic diagram and the PCB diagram.The software design includes the software flow chart and the program writing.Tire pressure detection module realizes the detection and emission of tire parameters.The tire pressure control module realizes signal reception and conversion,and converts RF signal to Bluetooth signal for mobile phone APP reception.Through the experimental test,this part of the design meets the relevant requirements.(2)The design of mobile APP and server.The design of mobile APP includes interface design and communication design.The interface design is the display of the function of tire pressure monitoring system.Communication design includes the communication between APP and tire pressure control module and server side.The design of the server includes the building of the local server,the communication between APP and the server,the test of theserver and the cloud deployment of the server.The server is the core of the system,and the collection and storage of tire pressure data and algorithm processing are all done above.(3)The research and improvement of the prediction algorithm.In this paper,the time series prediction algorithm based on ARIMA model is studied.The BP neural network prediction algorithm is studied and improved,and compared with other BP algorithms,the results show that the improved algorithm has some improvement in the number of iterations and errors.For the time series of leakage tire pressure,this paper carries on the modeling of single model and combined model prediction.Through the analysis and comparison of their prediction results,we draw a conclusion that the prediction effect of the combined model is better.Finally,the prediction algorithm and the related logic processing are written to the server through the MyEclipse platform.(4)The design of the push system.The push system in this paper is based on Bluetooth beacon and third party platform JPush.It has the advantages of good real-time,good stability,strong pertinence,short development cycle and low cost.The design of Bluetooth beacon includes Bluetooth beacon selection,installation and configuration,the configuration application will tire pressure detection module sensor information into Bluetooth beacon design;JPush includes relevant authority and configuration of JPush server required in APP and server.This paper mainly completes the push function of the tire pressure historical data and predicted data,push through the push button to obtain tire pressure history data,tire pressure prediction data push according to the position of the mobile phone to complete the implementation of tire pressure fault prediction function,so that the tire pressure monitoring system more intelligent.
