In view of the low working efficiency and high maintenance cost of beacon vessels,this paper studies the fault diagnosis technology for equipment and the selection of maintenance decision-making methods for beacon vessels,and develops a maintenance system for beacon vessels based on Android.The main research work is as follows:1.The research status of beacon vessel maintenance is analyzed,and the deficiencies of the maintenance capability of beacon vessels are expounded from three aspects of maintenance mode selection,maintenance decision-making and management system;2.From the point of view that the selection of maintenance mode depends on the state of beacon vessel equipment,the fault diagnosis method of equipment is studied.Taking diesel engine as the research object,a fault diagnosis method of diesel engine fuel system based on Whale Optimization Algorithm SVM is proposed.Firstly,the dimension is reduced by Laplace score,and then the SVM after Whale Optimization Algorithm to find penalty factors and kernel parameters is used to realize fault diagnosis.The effectiveness of the method is verified by MATLAB simulation.Compared with the traditional SVM and Whale Optimization Algorithm SVM,the accuracy is obviously improved;3.The multi-attribute decision-making method is studied,and the research on the selection of multi-attribute decision-making method for beacon vessel maintenance is proposed.The eight decision-making methods and eight attributes that affect decision-making are studied from three angles: The traditional TOPSIS method,the TOPSIS method that determines the weight by analytic hierarchy process and the TOPSIS method that determines the weight by entropy method.The eight decision-making methods are sorted and the optimal decision-making method is obtained;4.The beacon vessel maintenance system is divided into APP end and server end to introduce one by one,including the design of APP-side user rights,the design of system business processes,the design of each module function,and the server-side selection of BMOB back-end cloud to create data tables: Enter BMOB website to add databases,tables,rows and columns,etc.Compared with other servers,creating databases is more intuitive;Windows 10 is used as the development environment and Android Studio is used as the development tool.The development language of APP side is JAVA,the current mainstream programming language.The UI interface is written using XML code and debugged on ADB tool provided by the development tool.From the opening and login of APP to the functions of each module,the UI design and operation steps of each module are introduced in detail.At the same time,the preconditions such as APP download and installation requirements are elaborated to avoid incompatibility and other problemsCompared with other management systems,the Android-based beacon vessel maintenance system is established in the mobile terminal,which is better than the PC terminal in convenience and real-time.It has stronger closeness and practicability for the maintenance of beacon vessels,improves its maintenance capability,optimizes the selection of decision-making methods,reduces the shutdown loss caused by human fault,which has high practical value.
