With the continuous development of power systems, The emergence of extra high voltage, long-distance, high-capacity transmission lines, reveal the shortcomings of insulation structure of electromagnetic complex, easily saturated, ferromagnetic resonance,a small dynamic range of the transformer. As a result of computer technology, opto-electronics technology widely used in power systems, there is a rapid development of technology of Electronic Transformers . As the key technology of the digital output of Electronic Transformers, the importance of the development of the data acquisition system is self-evident.The paper proposes a method to acquisit signal based on the MSP430F1611 MCU and ADC AD7685. At the same time, the data acquisition system can collect 3-channel analog signals (current measurement, current protection, voltage measurement), and then pack data, send them to the merger through the optical fiber . Sampling rate of the ADC is 10ksps. We use asynchronous serial transmission as means of communication with the baud rate to 2Mbit / s. we definit n of communication protocols by ourselves. In addition, This article also proposes a data acquisition system based on the MSC1210 . MSC1210 is a single chip with an enhanced 8051 core and embedded a 24-bit typeΣ-△ADC. In this paper, the technology of multi-channel acquisition, high-speed communications, anti-electromagnetic interference are minly introduced. The experiment shows that the changes of the ratio error is less than 0.06%,the changes of the angle error less than 0.02°. The effect of temperature on the linearity does not exceed 0.1%. Average power consumption is around 360mw.
