Blast shock wave is one of the important characteristic physical quantities in the process of weapon warhead damage.Accurate measurement of this physical quantity can provide an effective scientific basis for weapon damage evaluation.However,the amount of data tested during the actual test explosion has increased explosively,and the data structure and type have become more and more complex.Traditional test solutions and data processing methods have been unable to meet the requirements of efficient testing and to obtain the most valuable evaluation results from massive data.To some extent,it affected the accuracy;the requirements for intelligent and convenient testing become increasingly urgent.For the urgent need of smart convenience,through researching the WiFi networking theory and Android development architecture components,using mobile portable WiFi hotspot,Android smart terminal and recorder device to build WLAN at test site,in which the Android terminal serves as a client and the test point as a server.The intelligent test system is implemented based on UDP Socket communication.Historical data has important reference value in the evaluation.For the sharp increase in data volume in the testing.Through the comparison and weighing of large amounts of data,this paper uses a non-relational database HBase to design a reasonable and easy-to-operate data table,which realizes bulk import of test data and cloud computing in big data mode.And finally a high-performance weapon pressure signal processing algorithm based on historical data as the empirical reference and based on the characteristics of shock wave is put forward;it evaluated the shock wave data efficiently.The shock wave test system designed in this paper can construct a WLAN Flexibly in field shooting range.The Android terminal can accurately monitor recorder and get the working status of recorder in real time within the range of up to 120 m,and read it accurately at an average rate of 40 Mbps.The Android terminal is more intelligent and convenient than PC,and the weapons damage evaluation algorithm based on big data and cloud computing platforms is faster and better performs than single-machine system.
