The construction speed of China’s fishing vessel equipment has accelerated,and it is constantly developing in the direction of high speed,low consumption,high performance and lightweight.Advanced and applicable fishing vessel transmission systems are a key element in improving the efficiency of offshore operations and the ability to ensure the safety of navigation.In view of the problems of low transmission efficiency,large gearbox vibration and noise,and unstable clutch operation of the fishing vessel transferring system,the power transferring system was designed for the 180 type fishing vessel,which was controlled by hydraulic system,and can realize the reversing function during driving.The gearbox and clutch were designed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the design requirements of the fishing vessel,the power transferring system of the Type 180 fishing vessel for hydraulic control of connection and displacement was designed,and the model of the box and key components was established based on Solid Works,and the general assembly of the transferring system was established.(2)The hydraulic system controlled the connection and disarrangement of the clutch to realize the function of forward and backward.The structural design and strength check of key components such as gears,shafts,bearings,boxes and clutches in the transferring system were performed.(3)Based on ANSYS Workbench software,a finite element model was created according to the solid model of the gearbox,and the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first 12 orders are obtained by correcting the geometry,defining material parameters,and meshing the gearbox after finite element mode analysis.According to the modal mode shape of the box,the structure of the box is improved,and the natural frequency of the first order of the improved gearbox box is 335.64 Hz,which is much greater than the gear meshing frequency of 130 Hz of the fishing transferring system,which can avoid the resonance frequency and achieve the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction.(4)The fluid domain model of the clutch lubricating oil circuit was established,and the flow field simulation under 6 different inlet oil quantities and 3 different inlet oil temperature conditions was carried out on the lubricating oil circuit by using FLUENT software,and the pressure,speed and temperature distribution of each basin of the lubricating oil circuit were obtained.The simulation results were analyzed by the post-processing software Tecplot and the fluid parameters of the clutch were determined: when the inlet oil volume was 80L/min and the inlet oil temperature was 60℃,the oil pressure value and oil temperature distribution in each basin of the lubricating oil circuit were the most uniform,and the internal friction pair of the clutch,clutch driven gear and bearings achieved the best lubrication and cooling effect.
