In recent years,the upgrading of domestic consumption market has led to the demand for ocean-going aquatic products and also promoted the development of domestic ocean-going fishery industry.From the perspective of top-level planning,China's 13th five-year plan for the development of deep-sea fisheries proposes to further strengthen the monitoring and management of deep-sea fisheries.The research on the remote monitoring system of fishing vessels can help ocean-going fishing companies to improve their ability of supervision over ocean-going fishing vessels,reduce the risk of safety production and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.The operating waters of ocean-going fishing vessels are usually distributed in the sea which is far from the land,and the level of shipborne communication and navigation equipment is limited,so it is difficult for enterprises to carry out effective supervision and management by conventional means.In accordance with the requirements of fully implementing the responsibility for safety in production of ocean-going fishery enterprises in the China's 13th five-year plan for the development of deep-sea fisheries,the demand for safety production supervision of ocean-going fishery enterprises is analyzed in detail,and the systematic demand analysis is completed.According to the demand,the system should have specific functions such as navigation monitoring,fishing log,video monitoring,distress alert and data storage management.The design of communication scheme and data acquisition scheme is mainly completed in the overall design stage.Considering the current development status of satellite communication technology,a combined communication scheme based on broadband satellite communication technology and BeiDou satellite communication technology is designed to ensure real-time data communication and improve the effectiveness of messages.The data acquisition scheme is designed based on the status of the shipbome sensors.The system realization is divided into the design and development of hardware and software.From the economic consideration,the hardware scheme is mainly based on the existing shipborne equipment,with the addition of broadband satellite terminal equipment and video monitoring equipment.Based on the electronic chart system development platform,the software was developed and the system prototype was completed.The system prototype is simulated and verified by data simulation.At theend of the paper,the finished results are summarized,and the next research focus and plan are put forward.
