Rifle,machine gun and sniper rifle are important key weapons in the light weapon system,and improving their shooting accuracy has always been the focus of the world.It is a complex system engineering to improve the precision of shooting.There are many factors affecting it.It involves the theoretical basis,the testing foundation,the manufacturing level and so on.Aiming at the sharp decline of the firing accuracy of Chinese firearms due to the high barrel temperature during firing,the coupling simulation analysis of gun / projectile interaction in multi temperature field is carried out.According to the basic theory and the classical two-phase flow interior ballistics ballistics in the structural data of a small caliber rifle and different barrel bore structure as the research object,the derived type axial rifling in the process of bullet engraving engraving resistance formula provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and simulation experiments.The gun/missile matching process is simplified,simulation including the interaction between the projectile motion process under different conditions in process of interior ballistic projectile rifle,period with the barrel bore and the projectile in the bore of the calculation model.At the same time,the temperature rise process of the 150 full barrel temperature field of projectile is calculated and analyzed,which is based on the simulation analysis of the gun / missile interaction under the state of the heat gun.Based on 3D modeling software Solidworks and finite element simulation analysis of Abaqus,the collaborative simulation technology of Solidworks and Abaqus is mainly studied to realize parameter modeling and transmission.After that,the analysis model is tested and verified in Abaqus.At the same time,adopting the analysis method of multi field coupling simulation of the whole process of ballistic,including in the hot and cold gun under different conditions of bullet engraving process of projectile is a rifle and gun bore stress,deformation,wear and impact on the subsequent internal ballistic period,the mechanism of "hot hot" in order to find out the cause of the phenomenon.In order to verify the authenticity of the theoretical analysis mentioned above,thethermal dispersion accuracy test of two kinds of guns with different armor materials were carried out.The cold and hot state test of measuring gun mean impact point deviation,projectile dispersion and projectile velocity changes,temperature changes and test the temperature of the outer wall of the barrel after the end of the bore surface morphology and size.Through the tests,the cause of a rifle bullet two accuracy for the difference:shooting copper projectile barrel temperature changes rapidly,the difference of the bore size is larger,and with the hanging copper "obvious" phenomenon,leading to thermal state of copper by shooting gun projectile firing accuracy than the copper clad steel is a bomb dropped significantly.
