Research On Protection And Utilization Of Modern Historical Architecture In Changchun From The Perspective Of Tourism

With the rapid development of China's tourism industry,Changchun,as an important modern city in China,has a wealth of modern historical building resources.Its unique form and construction background has a unique position in the history of modern Chinese architecture.However,in the process of the protection of modern historical buildings in Changchun,some historical buildings have not been properly protected,and some history has been correspondingly restored and protected,but it has not really been integrated into the development of the city.In recent years,the Jilin provincial government has been vigorously developing the tourism industry,and Changchun tourism has achieved unprecedented development.Under this policy situation,the protection of modern historical buildings in Changchun has been incorporated into the research framework of the tourism industry,and the protection and utilization strategies of modern historical buildings have been studied from the perspective of tourism development,to create Changchun tourism brands and promote the development of tourism in Changchun.Through tourism development,the life of modern historical buildings in Changchun has been sustained and developed.Firstly,through the review of related literature,this article understands the research status of the protection and utilization of historic buildings at home and abroad.The definition of related concepts such as historic buildings and tourism development is clearly defined.In conjunction with the relevant research of historical buildings,the main research methods and research processes of historical building tourism development are summarized.Summarize the relevant research to theoretically support the thesis.Through the methods of field research and data compilation,the types and characteristics of modern historical building resources in Changchun are identified.Investigate and sort out the currentsituation of the modern historical buildings in Changchun,and analyze the existing problems in the protection and tourism development and utilization on this basis.Based on an in-depth analysis of the tourism value and tourism development feasibility of modern historical building resources in Changchun,this paper explores the ways and means of solving problems and clarifies the principles of the protection and utilization of modern historical buildings in Changchun from the perspective of tourism development,and put forward the strategy and development model of tourism development in modern historical buildings in Changchun.Finally,combining with the actual situation of the historical buildings in the Xinmin Street historical and cultural district,it proposes a targeted historic building tourism development protection form,as well as a guided and feasible tourism development planning program.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,it will be able to provide active and effective theoretical and practical references for the development and planning of future tourism projects in the modern historical buildings in Changchun,and also provides reference for the protection and tourism development and utilization of other famous historical and cultural cities that also retain a large number of historical buildings in Changchun.
