Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG),as a kind of clean energy,has been more and more widely employed.Therefore,how to increase its industrial-added value has become a research hotspot.Zhoushan Xin'ao LNG Receiving and Filling Station will have an annual treatment capacity of 3 million tons.When LNG is vaporized and transported to neighbouring regions,it will release large amounts of cold energy.In order to turn waste into treasure and protect the environment,this paper aims to explore plans of LNG cold energy utilization and the layout of cold chain logistics parks of aquatic products.Firstly,significance of the research on the layout of cold chain logistics parks of aquatic products and the research status both at home and abroad,together with the characteristics and functions of the park,and the basic steps of the logistics park layout programming based on the SLP method are expounded.Secondly,based on the domestic and international application of LNG,we've constructed the LNG cold energy cascade utilization system,and the impact of LNG cold energy utilization on the park layout is analyzed.Finally,a case study concerning Zhoushan cold chain logistics parks of aquatic products is conducted.From this case on,we've concluded the necessity of constructing Zhoushan cold chain logistics parks of aquatic products,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the project.Furthermore,we've forecast the demand for aquatic products in Zhoushan in the coming 10 years.By selecting 30% of the predicted value of the target year as the total logistics flux,we've designed and drawn the general planar gragh of the cold chain logistics park of Zhoushan aquatic products,using the SLP method.On the basis of the LNG cold energy cascade utilization system,we've designed the layout plan of the cold chain logistics park,by combining the characteristics of aquatic products and cold chain logistics,employing the SLP method.Our project has great significance on improving the operation efficiency of logistics,saving energy and reducing costs,and provides reference for future layout and programming of similar logistics parks.
