The Feasibility Study Of Guangzhou Airport On Cold Chain Logistics Park

With the continuous development of living standard, consumers’demand on fresh agricultural product becomes larger and larger, and consumers have higher requirements for food quality. The cold chain logistics have played an important role on ensuring the supply of fresh fruits and vegetables, adjusting the market demand and improving people’s life quality. This paper carries out a feasibility study of Guangzhou airport cold chain logistics park and finishes works below.Firstly, it analyzes the market situation of the project construction. Through the analysis of regional cold chain logistics’demand, we conclude that area per capita disposable income can support the rapid growth of cold chain logistics’ demand, and the improvement of consumers’ awareness of food health promote residents to increase the input of cold chain food, while the consumption upgrade driving the rapid rise in the frozen food consumption. On the other hand, through the study of regional cold chain logistics development status, we find that domestic per capita cold storage capacity is low, traditional civil refrigerator excess and modern cold storage loss. Therefore, the lack of effective supply of cold storage gave birth to a new demand, and the industry has a larger market outlook.Secondly, this paper analyzes the main contents and planning of construction project. From the perspective of construction target, functional orientation, main content of specific construction content and scale of construction project. Main construction contents of the project include civil engineering, industry engineering and equipment engineering. Then it uses systematic layout planning (SLP) to make the functional area reasonable layout. Finally, the project technology and equipment design and related supporting projects are analyzed to determine the technology, equipment and related projects.Thirdly, it studies the organization of the project construction. To guarantee the project smooth running, we study the project respectively from the organization set-up, allocation of human resources, the implementation of the project management and schedule arrangement.Lastly, it analyzes the project construction investment estimation and fund raising. According to the need of the project, we estimate the project investment and ways of fund raising. And evaluate the economic situation of the project at the same time, like revenue estimate, project sales estimates of the total cost, the profits of the project, financial evaluation, the social effects, and analyzes the risks associated with the project.This paper has a detailed discussion on the project’s feasibility, necessity, relevant social impact and layout planning. On the above analysis, the project of Guangzhou airport cold chain logistics park is feasible. This study provided guidance on the project’s implementation, and also gave a certain reference for other cold chain logistics parks’construction and implementation.
