There are many geological disasters in the southwestern region of China,and there are numerous historical a nd cultural cities in the area.In Sichuan alone,including Chengdu and Langzhong,there are 8 state-level historical and cultural cities.At the present stage,research on the prevention and control of historical and cultural cities at home and abroad has focused on human-caused disasters such as fires.Research on earthquakes and other natural disasters is relatively weak,and research is not systematic and the methods are relatively simple.Through comprehensive data collection of emergency shelters in Langzhong City,Sichuan Province,systematically conducted a comprehensive study on it,and used complex network analysis methods to convert the basic data of emergency shelters into a spatial semantic model on the UCINET/PAJEK software platform.Therefore,a network model was constructed for emergency evacuation sites in Langzhong City.Then through the calculation of the network density,clustering coefficient,average path length,degree center potential,middle center potential,core marginality;K-core value size;degree center degree,middle center degree,and near center degree,etc.The characteristics of the system network of emergency evacuation sites in Langzhong City were deduced from three perspectives: local and individual.The Arc Gis software was used to analyze the spatial distribution and service radius of emergency shelters in Langzhong city.The emergency evacuation corridor connected to the emergency evacuation site is used as a route.The route can be reached within a certain period of ti me.The service range of the emergency evacuation site can be determined more scientifically,and it can be closer to the evacuation mode after the occurrence of a real disaster.According to the urban spatial distribution characteristics of Langzhong City,the emergency shelters in Langzhong City are divided into the old city area and the new city area based on factors such as the terrain barrier.The two regions have the characteristics of typical historical and cultural cities and non-historical and cultural cities.Through different technical methods,a quantitative analysis of the social network and geographical spatial distribution of the emergency shelters in Langzhong City was conducted from different angles,and the network characteristics and spatial characteristics of emergency shelters in Langzhong City were compared and analyzed.In the space,we found the existing problems in emergency shelters in Langzhong City.The strategy for solving problems from the network structure and spatial structure of emergency shelters in Langzhong City was deduced.Further guidance is given to the hierarchical division of the emergency shelters in Langzhong City,the configuration of the facilities,and the layout of the sites.Through the comparative analysis of the emergency refuge place systems in the Ancient city area and New City area of Langzhong City,we will combine urban sociology with urban and rural planning to find out the differences between the spatial layout of emergency refuge places in historical an d cultural cities and the non-historical and cultural cities.This will provide some references for planning and layout of emergency refuge places in other historical and cultural cities.
