Study On The Planning And Design Of Experiential Agricultural Sightseeing Park

With the improvement of people’s living standards and the development of domestic tourism,the needs of tourists have become diversified and individualized,not limited to a single tourism model,and they have paid more attention to diversified experience activities.Under the background of this kind of experiential tourism,the construction and development of agricultural tourism parks must focus on the experiential needs of tourists,open up new ways of planning and designing agricultural tourism parks,and achieve the purpose of rationally digging,developing rural resources,and constructing diversified experiential activities.This paper takes the experiential agricultural tourism park as the research object,first collates and analyzes domestic and foreign documents,and adopts questionnaire surveys,field research,and case analysis methods;then defines the concept of experiential agricultural tourism parks,and discusses the park landscape and experience.The activities were evaluated and the existing problems were summarized.The basic strategies for the planning and design of the experiential agricultural tourism park were summarized and the strategy was applied to the actual case of the design of the Niujiaowan Agricultural Tourism Park in Zhuhekan Village.The main findings are as follows:(1)The connotation and extension of the experiential agricultural tourism park is not only focusing on the protection and optimization of the rural ecological environment,but also making full use of the rural space.Based on the humanities and natural resources,taking the urban residents as the service objects and combining the tourism function with the agricultural industry planning and landscape design of a certain area,the natural interest,pastoral scenery and tourist sightseeing are integrated into one so that it has cultural,practical,local,science and other characteristics,ornamental leisure,activity experience,cultural heritage,vacation,shopping and other functions of the experiential agricultural park.(2)The analysis of cases and questionnaires shows that there are many problems in the development of China’s experiential agricultural parks,such asignoring the inheritance of traditional rural culture,single forms of landscape modeling in agricultural parks,low participation in experience activities,lack of interest in activities,neglect of beautification and improvement of surrounding ecological environment,seasonal influence are very serious,and the planning and construction are not reasonable enough.(3)Through the discussion of the research results,the planning and design strategies for the experiential agricultural tourism park are proposed,including the principle of the park planning and design,the composition,layout and location of the basic functions of the agricultural park,the design strategy of the landscape elements of the park,the design strategy of the park experience activities,and the experiential agricultural tourism park planning and design steps.(4)Taking the planning and design of the Agricultural Tourism Park of the Niujiaowan Agriculture Garden in Zhuhekan Village as an example,the planning and design strategies are applied in practical cases.Combine theory with practice to design a fusion park that integrates tourist experience with the development of the agricultural industry.Provide case studies for the planning and construction of future experiential agricultural parks.
