With the development of Internet and related technology,the age of the smart grid comes quietly.In the next few years,the construction of smart grid is becoming more and more important in the development of power industry in China.According to the current development of electric power industry,our country has basically realized the full coverage of the smart meter.In the future,the construction of smart grid mainly focuses on the analysis of big data in grid and the intelligent interaction of the terminal.The current power information collection and management system only focuses on the traditional needs of the collection,the information output and the centralized control on meters,and it's hard to meet the users' demands on convenience,intelligence,and so on.Based on the above background,with the exploration and research on related technology,a design scheme of power management and interaction system with electricity prediction is proposed in this paper.This paper mainly includes two key points,the one is,based on machine learning,a multi model fusion algorithm for electric quantity prediction and anomaly monitoring is proposed;the other is,a more intelligent interactive terminal system based on Android operating system is designed and implemented.To achieve the system,the main work of this paper includes three parts:the design of electric power prediction and anomaly monitoring algorithm,the design of server and the design of intelligent interaction terminal,the collaboration of each part constitutes the whole.This paper studies and explores the key technologies involved in every part from the aspects of requirement analysis,program design,architecture design and implementation,and introduces the concrete implementation in detail.Finally,the accuracy of the prediction model,the function and the load performance of system are tested,the goal of the project is well achieved.This paper can provide reference for the construction of smart grid in China.
