The stereoscopic garage industry has entered a stage of rapid development in China,playing an important role in alleviating traffic problems and solving social conflicts.With the continuous promotion and application of the concept and technology of the stereoscopic garage,it will usher in a good opportunity for development and a broad space for development.This article is in this context,design and analyze the electrical control system of the vertical lifting class stereo garage with comb-tooth exchange.According to project contents and control requirements,choose the vertical lifting class stereo garage with comb-tooth exchange as research object.Before designing the control system,study and analyze the mechanical structure and working principle of the stereo garage,and pave the way for the designs of the control system.The control system design is divided into hardware design and software design.In the hardware design sections,choose the PLC of Schneider M218 as main controller,and introduce and select other electrical equipment.According to control requirements,should draw CAD Electrical Drawings,which marking the roles of various electrical components and the links between them.In the software design sections,choose SoMachine V3.1 programming software and ST,CFC programming languages.In the meantime,the PLC programs is divided into two parts: logic programs and communication programs.Combine practical experience in work,analyzeand calculate the safety of the control system,which has a very important theoretical value and practical significance.Choose control system failure as top event of FTA,and gradually analyze fault tree system event codes from the control system,and need establish a fault tree model.I will use the fuzzy fault tree analysis method,to analyze and calculate qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the fault model.Calculating the minimum cut sets,the probability of occurrence of the topevents,and the probability importance of the bottom events.
