The process of urbanization in China is accelerating today,which has promoted the development of infrastructure and the high investment and inefficiency of traditional infrastructure construction.The introduction of the underground pipe building model can be resolved to some extent.Vigorously developing urban comprehensive corridors not only plays an important role in the perfection of urban functions and the beautification of the urban landscape,but also has important significance for improving the efficiency of efficient and intensive use of urban resources and promoting the transformation and development of urban industries.However,in the implementation process,how to introduce the PPP model in the construction of underground pipelines and how to carry out the risk control under the PPP model after the introduction,especially related to the prevention and control of legal risks,lack of relevant research and implementation strategies.In the practice of engineering management,it is imperative to combine various research results with actual project implementation to conduct in-depth research on the selection of comprehensive pipeline corridors and the prevention and control of corresponding legal risks from the perspectives of laws and regulations,project management,and market operations.Explore project management models that are more suitable for urban infrastructure projects,and conduct research on the control of relevant legal risks under the new management model.Firstly,based on the theoretical analysis,the thesis conducts an in-depth study of the urban comprehensive pipeline project,analyzes various project management modes applied in the current urban comprehensive pipeline corridor construction,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various management modes.Based on the above,the PPP model was introduced in the construction of the underground pipe gallery.On this basis,it identifies and evaluates the legal risk of the urban comprehensive pipeline project under the PPP management mode,studies how each party in the PPP model application can effectively avoid and share risks,and proposes corresponding risk control for the above issues.The plan promotes the smooth development of the comprehensiveurban pipeline project in China.
