Study On The Spatial Layout Planning Of Economic And Technological Development Zones Based On The Perspective Of City-industry Integration

Under the background of the development of China’s economic development into the new normal,extensive growth methods are difficult to sustain.New developments must follow economic laws,natural laws,and social laws,and seek scientific development,sustainable development,and inclusive development.Under the new normal economic situation,the external environment has undergone profound changes.The Economic Development Zone must seize the opportunity of the development and transformation of the development zone under the new situation,actively respond to the background of the new normal economic development,and accelerate the pace of transformation and development,and transition to green development and intensive development.From the "district" to "city" gradually change.The functions of the park’s cities will be improved,and the mother city will be mutually promoted to develop,and the eco-integration pattern of the production and production cities will be built,and the production-city fusion development model will be gradually transferred.Through on-the-spot investigation and collecting related data,the paper analyzes and combs the development status of China’s economic and technological development zones,summarizes the existing problems in the economic and technological development zones,and proposes a spatial layout optimization strategy from the perspective of integration of cities and cities.Taking the Mianyang Economic Development Zone as an example,combining the transformation and development trend in the new economic situation of the Economic and Technological Development Zone and the development orientation of the Mianyang Economic and Technological Development Zone,this paper proposes a spatial,a medium,and a micro-level spatial layout planning strategy for the Mianyang Economic and Technological Development Zone,from the overall development strategy,spatial layout planning,industrial structure organization and environmental improvement.
