The Spatial Layout Of High-tech Industrial Parks From The Perspective Of Integration Of Industry And City Optimizing Strategy

High tech Industrial Park has been widely used in the development and construction strategies of all parts of China because of its functions of promoting local economic development,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the city,and enhancing the competitiveness of the city.However,for a long time,due to people’s lack of in-depth understanding of the internal mechanism of the development of high-tech industrial parks,there are many problems in the construction of high-tech industrial parks,such as emphasis on production,light life,heavy hardware,light software and so on,which makes most of China’s high-tech industrial parks more or less face some problems in the development,such as the difficulty of industry city integration,imbalance of regional employment and housing,and so on Lack of space,vitality and so on.These problems seriously affect the healthy development of high-tech industrial park,and then affect the development ability of the city.At present,with the transformation and development of national economy and society,new requirements are put forward for high-tech industrial park.The traditional planning mode of high-tech industrial park has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the times,and must be changed.Industrial Park should abandon the previous single production mode and realize its own optimization and upgrading in many aspects.Industry city integration and function compounding are the only way for the development of high-tech industrial park.Based on the problem orientation of how to realize the sustainable development of hightech industrial park through the spatial layout of industry city integration,this paper first collates the relevant theoretical results of "industry city integration" and "spatial layout of high-tech development zones at home and abroad" This paper reviews the literature from three aspects: the spatial layout of high-tech industrial park and the evaluation index system of industry city spatial integration.This paper analyzes the development process of China’s high-tech industrial park,and summarizes the problems and causes of the existing high-tech industrial park industry city spatial integration.For the following High-tech Industrial Park spatial layout optimization to lay a theoretical foundation.Secondly,drawing on the excellent layout cases of advanced high-tech industrial parks at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the experience of mature high-tech industrial parks in three aspects: functional elements,space and land composition,industrial park structure characteristics and types.By combing the six elements of industry city spatial integration layout of China’s high-tech industrial parks: location elements,industry elements,population elements,transportation elements,facilities elements,ecological elements,according to the characteristics and needs of high-tech industries,this paper constructs the index evaluation system of industry city spatial integration,and puts forward the layout method according to the problem of industry city spatial integration of high-tech industrial parks proposed in the previous paper.Finally,taking Beijing Yongfeng high tech Industrial Park as a practical case,the paper interprets the existing planning layout and policy requirements of the park,calculates the score of each level index in the park through the constructed hierarchical index evaluation system,and analyzes the deficiencies of the current situation of industrial and urban integration development of Yongfeng Industrial Park according to the score of each index,Based on the integration of industry and city space between the park and the main urban area and the integration of industry and city space within the park,the paper further discusses the practical application of the optimization strategy of the spatial layout of high-tech industrial park with the integration of industry and city.In order to improve the functions of the city,improve the layout of the park,improve the vitality of space and other aspects of high-tech industrial park to achieve the ideal way of industry city integration.This paper tries to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of China’s high-tech industrial park.
