With the development of China’s economy,the country has vigorously built high-speed railway projects across different regions,which greatly facilitates people’s travel in terms of transportation capacity,speed per hour,safety,etc.In the construction of high-speed railway project,due to the long planned period,huge investment scale,strict technical indicators,and high requirements for quality and safety,the risks are far more than those of general engineering projects.In the construction stage of the new connecting line project between Jinan Station and Jinan-Qingdao high speed railway,there are some unforeseen risky factors and some common risky factors.The occurrence of these risks will cause unpredictable losses and impacts to the project construction,which requires the construction enterprises to focus on strengthen the control.This paper took Jinan Station to Jinan-Qingdao high-speed rail link new project as the research object,and studied its risk management.First of all,it introduces the research background and significance,combs the theoretical basis of the project risk management,the concept and method of the project risk management,and the overview of the new project of the connecting line from Jinan Station to Jinan Qingdao high-speed railway,including the project construction scheme,investment situation and line selection compliance.Secondly,Delphi method is used to identify the risk of the project.After two rounds of questionnaire survey and consultation,33 risk factors including quality,safety,cost,technology,progress and environment are finally identified.Thirdly,this paper evaluates the risk of the project,constructs the judgment matrix by AHP,calculates the weight value and consistency index,and constructs the weight matrix.It also obtains the membership matrix by the way of expert scoring,and obtains the general result of the risk evaluation of the project by the combination of the weight matrix and membership matrix.Finally,according to the comprehensive weight value of the risk factor index,this paper classifies it into three risk levels,and putsforward the control strategy of the first level risk factors.It concludes that we should scientifically formulate the prevention strategy of common quality problems in the construction of high-speed railway lines,pay attention to the safety supervision and inspection management of the basic construction of high-speed railway stations,conscientiously implement the construction progress control measures of the main body transformation of high-speed railway stations,guarantee the material supply and dispatch of line construction,and improve and refine the quality management system of high-speed railway line construction.
