This essay focuses on a motion platform driven by centrifugal force effect of vibration motor,doing researches on theoretical analysis of mechanical model?dynamics simulation and experimental verification of test prototype.Vibration motor has the centrifugal effect of eccentric mass,when fit it on the motion platform,it will produce displacement.This paper presents a micro motion platform using two vibration motors to drive separately based on the centrifugal effect of eccentric mass.In order to achieve the motion of forward?backwards and rotation,a driver module of electric motor was used to adjust the turning and revolving speed of motors.The way that platform' s movement is driven directly by vibration simplifies the transmission mechanism and is good for the miniaturization.In theoretical analysis,the mechanical model is established,the motion equation is derived,and the motion step is calculated.In the aspect of dynamics simulation,the simulation curves of straight line motion and turn motion are obtained by ADAMS software.Changed the parameters of different factorsto obtain the corresponding conclusions.Finally,the experimental prototype Is made,and the actual motion curve of the prototype is compared with the theoretical motion step size and the result of dynamic simulation,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the dynamic simulation.
