The Study On Risk Management Of Municipal Engineering Project

With the continually development of China economics,the speed of urbanization becomes faster in these years.It takes great challenge to the city development and building ability of basic facilities that more and more countryside people.In the same time,the philosophy of project management is also developing quickly in China since 21 century.The project management is widely studied and applied in much engineering field,so well as the municipal engineering.As the very important part of project management,risk management plays a key role in a successful project.This paper discussed the application of risk management theory and related technical tools in the municipal engineering project based on the reality project.The first step is to recognize the risk factors which would be happened during the project by brain storming method and summarize the risk factor list.Secondly,it is to analyze the recognized risk factors and separate the important ones and unimportant ones.Finally the AHP method is used to make a further analysis of the more important risk factors and to find out the influence and importance of the risk factors.After all,in accordance of the final evaluation result,the scientific and effective risk countermeasures will be decided.In above,the project was smoothly finished.The experience of this project and study could be a reference for the same projects and study in the future.
