In recent years, the investment in infrastructure has also increased continually with the rapid development of our economy.Municipal engineering which belongs to the infrastructure construction of the city is closely related to the quality of life and environment. At present,China is making history and the project is also the largest infrastructure construction in the world. And compared with ordinary civil construction projects, the construction environment of municipal projects is more complex. The construction is often influenced by environmental factors, social factors and cultural factors. The technical level is increasingly high requirement, and there are also more uncertainties in the construction process. So it is very important to carry out risk management of municipal engineering projects. This paper aims at a riverside road municipal engineering project.Based on the relevant theoretical analysis model, the specific content of risk management in construction stage is analyzed by collecting relevant information and questionnaires.Firstly, the risk of construction phase of a riverside road municipal engineering project is identified.Four major types of risks, including schedule management risk, quality management risk, cost management risk and safety management risk, are identified, and 18 small risk events are extended.Secongly, the risk grade of a riverside road municipal engineering project is divided. The risk is divided into low risk, general risk, medium risk, high risk and extreme risk, and the corresponding fraction is set.Thirdly,The hierarchical structure model is established by various identified risks.Based on the hierarchical structure model, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to perform further discussion. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation on the risk of construction phase of a riverside road municipal engineering project is performed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. The results indicated that the risk of this project is between general risk and low risk, and the risk ranking is as quality management risk, schedule management risk, cost management risk and safety management risk. The research results of this paper can supplement existing Project risk management system, and provide references for similar municipal projects.
