Research On Risk Management Of Municipal Road Construction Project Of Mianyang Second Ring Road

In the process of sustained and rapid development of our economy,the development of infrastructure is getting faster and faster,and the problem of risk management is becoming more and more obvious.At present,the state pays more and more attention to risk management in infrastructure construction.Strengthening infrastructure construction,especially municipal road engineering risk management,will be the focus of future research.This paper studies the risk management of the municipal road construction project of the second ring road of Mianyang,using the method of risk management and theoretical knowledge.Firstly,this paper collects the literature on project risk management by consulting the literature,and understands the present situation of project risk management at home and abroad.In particular,there are fewer large-scale municipal road projects.The municipal road project of the second ring road of Mianyang city is the largest municipal road project in Mianyang city,and the project is used as the research object to carry out the risk management of municipal road project,which has practical reference value.Then this paper puts forward the research content and method of this paper,combs the related theoretical knowledge of project risk,and lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Then,based on theoretical knowledge,this paper analyzes the risk management of the municipal road project of the Second Ring Road in Mianyang City,and uses expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process method,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to identify the risk of each stage of the road project of the Second Ring Road in Mianyang City.The risk of the project was estimated and assessed on the basis of risk identification,and it was found that the risk concerns were different at each stage.Among them,the project construction period,construction quality,construction safety,land acquisition and demolition are the risk points that need to be paid attention to during the implementation of the project.By evaluating the risk evaluation and finding that the risk level of the construction project of municipal road project of Mianyang second ring road is medium,and according to the actual situation,the corresponding risk management measures are put forward,and some results are obtained.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide reference experience for risk management research and construction of similar large-scale municipal road engineering projects.
