Municipal Road Engineering Project Constrution Stage Risk Management Research

With the accelerating process of urbanization, than,the rapid development of municipal road projects in terms of scale, technical complexity, capital investment and resource consumption, during the construction process of engineering project risk increases day by day, the risk management as a Project Management One important aspect of its direct impact on the level of management of the project, even determine the success or failure of projects. Construction risk management project is already more mature project management theory, but in previous studies in the literature, few will be applied to municipal road project management, hence this article attempts to risk management theory applied Among municipal road construction, it has a certain value and practical significance.In this paper, municipal road project construction risk management in-depth research to gather information on the status of municipal road project construction of risk management and problems are analyzed on the basis of municipal road project construction risk management into the details. The main conclusions of this paper obtained as follows:1, using the Brainstorming method for municipal road construction risk to identify risk factors, and finally identified the construction of municipal roads and a total of five risk categories, including 23 risk events, and use factor analysis to identify the results of risk verified, then risk assessment methods are integrated presentation.2, the relevant circumstances of Kam River West Road municipal road projects are introduced, using Brainstorming method on the basis of the project to five categories for scoring the degree of impact and probability of occurrence 23 risks identified on the basis of risk again risk analysis to determine the different events using chromatography AHP weights calculated weight set, then calculate the evaluation set for the project using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, finally concluded,the project construction phase of the risk, management risk is the largest.,and proposed the corresponding risk.
