Charging Pile Design Research Of Electric Bicycle Based On User Experience

With the aggravation of environmental pollution and energy crisis,the countries all over the world began to vigorously promote the use of electric bicycles and electric vehicles.Electric bicycles have been widely used because of their unique advantages.However,in many countries and regions,the electric bicycle users and potential users lack confidence in the effective mileage of vehicles.The regional charging facilities system there is not perfect.All these factors limit the expansion of the electric bicycle market.Scientifically providing a convenient and reliable charging scheme and facilities for electric bicycles will greatly enhance the user experience of using electric bicycles.This study takes Vietnam electric bicycle market as an example,makes a comparatively comprehensive user experience report according to desktop research,observation,self-immersion and user interviews and other user research methods.In order to expand the electric bicycle market by design,I discovered the top findings in the research results,explored the opportunity areas,and established the design principles.Lastly,I launched the electric bicycle charging pile design for the Vietnamese market.
