Research On The Influence Of Drivers' Emotion On Driving Safety Based On EEG

With the increase of car ownership,the incidence of traffic accidents has been rising.How to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents has become a hot issue in this field.Driver emotions are the main cause of traffic accidents because emotions have a direct impact on the driver's driving operations.Through the study of the influence of driver's emotions on driving behavior,a model of driver's emotions and driving behaviors is established to find out the relationship between driver's emotions and driving safety,and lay a foundation for the development of relevant driving safety auxiliary equipment.First of all,design simulation experiments for the impact of traffic environment on driver emotions.Explore the influence of tunnels and the superimposed effects of tunnels and traffic on the emotions of the driver.It was concluded that tunnels and the superposition of tunnels and traffic will all cause negative changes in the driver's mood.In order to explore the influence of other traffic conditions in real life on the emotions of drivers,we organize and design a simulation experiment of the effects of emotion on driving safety.The simulation experiment includes the design of experimental scenes,driver emotional induction,and data acquisition.Secondly,the collected EEG data are preprocessed by filtering,eyemorg and electromyography.Then the AR model is used to extract features of the EEG signals,and the alpha wave power extracted from the AR model is calculated to get the emotional index.The characteristics of driver's driving behavior under different emotions are analyzed.The time domain analysis of the steering wheel rotation angle,brake pedal frequency,acceleration pedal opening,speed,direction angle,side tilt angle,pitching angle and other parameters is analyzed in time domain,and the relationship between the driving behavior and the driving behavior is established.Finally,according to the proposed parameter index of emotional index and driving behavior,the relationship model between emotional index and driving behavior was established by improved KNN algorithm.The driver's emotions are predicted from the driving behavior data by the model,and the bad emotions are adjusted to improve driving safety.
