The traditional double-layer window only isolate the effect of noise,and most of the ventilation window used machinery and equipment,the merits of the outdoor environment affect the indoor air quality through open the window ventilated take a breath,therefore,this paper constructed a double-layer natural ventilation window,in a natural way to the outdoor low-quality air through the purification filter pretreatment after the supply of indoor,in the premise of don't open the window can also be sent into the indoor high-quality air,reduce indoor air-conditioning and other heat exchange equipment energy consumption.By setting windshield angle,sandwich thickness and outlet size the three parameters of the double-layer natural ventilation window,through ventilation and heat transfer tests to determine the optimal value of the three parameters.Then,the above parameters were used to simulate analysis the airflow in the sandwich,comparison test results,to achieve the unity of the experimental simulation,and finally calculate the energy saving effect,obtained the corresponding energy efficiency.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Experimental study on the angle of double-layer natural ventilation window,under different wind speed conditions,test the different windshield angle of the inlet and the vertical to the vertical wind speed,according to the measured wind speed curve It can be seen that the wind speed in both directions decreases with the increase of the angle,and the angle of the windshield is 45° after analysis.At this time,the vertical wind speed satisfies the wind speed requirement and the change is gentle.(2)Experimental study on the thickness of the sandwich in double-layer natural ventilation window,control the external window at different temperatures,test different thickness of the internal thickness of the measured value of the measured point,draw the measured temperature curve,with the external window temperature,And the temperature inside the interlayer is increasing and increasing first and then decreasing.After comparing the analysis to determine the thickness of the sandwich is appropriate 150 mm,and the temperature inside the interlayer is gentle,there is no strong beating and obvious fluctuation.(3)Experimental study on the size of air-vent in double-layer natural ventilation window,given a certain wind speed and control the outer window in three kinds of temperature,test air supply wind speed,according to the wind speed curve shows that when given the wind speed,The wind speed of the air outlet is reduced with the increase of the temperature,which is due to the increase of the temperature inside the interlayer,which causes the hot air pressure to affect the air supply wind speed,but also the wind speed decreases with the decrease of the air outlet,And finally determine the size of the air outlet 0.6m × 0.15 m,then the wind speed to meet the requirements of the scope of the specification and the fluctuation range is small.(4)Based on the experimental study,a numerical model of double-layer natural ventilation window is established,and the thickness of the double-layer natural ventilation window is analyzed intuitively.The thickness of the airflow is 150 mm,the size of the air outlet is 0.6m × 0.15 m is appropriate,and test results correspond to each other.(5)The total heat insulation coefficient and the heat transfer coefficient are calculated for the single-window and double-layer natural ventilation windows.The heat flux calculation through the two windows is obtained by the double-layer natural ventilation window.The heat flow is smaller.Taking the office of Ganzhou City as an example,the ratio of the total cooling load and the double-layer natural ventilation window of the air-conditioning cooling load,single-layer window and double-layer natural ventilation window in the summer time Of the energy efficiency,double the natural ventilation window energy saving rate in the range of 5.88% ~ 12.46%.
