Construction enterprise is a typical organization of project management,with the domestic economic development and the unceasing expansion of construction scale,project operation period is a common phenomenon in modern large-scale construction enterprises in the.With the construction enterprises more and more aware of the project and the development of the enterprise,decision-making and management of enterprises will take their primary concern toward the direction from the smooth and efficient implementation of the project and how to transfer to ensure the enterprise strategy and the goals of the year.Based on the existing multi project management mode of A engineering construction company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the multi project management of enterprises,finds out the causes of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.In this paper the present situation of long-term planning,business scope,business type,management of A construction company in the paper,through the improvement of the organization,analysis and use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,is proposed to solve the multi project management importance rating,and based on the TOPSIS method for the evaluation of implementation of multi project management index that makes the A construction company in project management,management objectives and level more clear,more timely and effective attention to problems or need to solve the problem of the project,make enterprise management more targeted and effective.Research on multi project management this paper highlights the enterprise supervision and management,flexible regulation and coordination role in project management,strengthen the pertinence and the goal of project management,make the enterprise influence larger projects in many projects more attention and supervision,timely detection of problems in the project implementation process,to effect of early warning and risk monitoring,risk and risk discovery.
