As the construction engineering market matures,large-scale engineering projects are often divided into different stages.Meanwhile,increasing number of companies choose to implement hierarchical management to increase the overall value.However,different from the traditional project management,multi-project management needs to be payed more attention to the coordination between projects and the allocation of resources.The research history of multi-project management is relatively short,the majority of which focus on application,implementation methods as well as organizational structure,while the construction management performance evaluation rarely gets noticed.In addition,the index selection of existing performance evaluation model are not always convincing,and the choice of methods has not reached a consensus yet.Therefore,it is of great necessary to construct a scientific evaluation model suitable for large-scale housing construction projects.X construction multi-project is co-built by a subsidiary of China State Construction and a local real estate developer in Shenzhen.Th e article takes it as object to focus on the multi-project management performance evaluation.Firstly,the thesis expounds the current performance evaluation system of the X construction multi-project,including the risk management,schedule control as well as quality management,and points out that the existing system needs to be improved.After the analysis of critical periodicals and domestic typical multiproject,the final evaluation index system was determined through multiple rounds of screening.After that,the weight of each index will be calculated utilizing the characteristics of multi-project and the analytic hierarchy process.The indicator scores given by the experts according to the unified standard are applied to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and the outputs will be used to evaluate the multi-project in various dimensions.The analysis results of radar charts and coordinate tools show that there is still much room for improvement in following aspects: strategic management,information management,resource usage planning,resource allocation methods,and proprietor satisfaction with service.After that,the author gave several targeted suggestions based on his management experience and the research results.The scientificity of the comprehensive evaluation model and the rationality of the research results were proved by comparing the performance indicator data of the first and second phase projects and the third phase project after the promotion path.At the same time,it is compared with other projects that the company has implemented traditional project mana gement in the past,which highlights the unique advantages of the multi-project management.
