The Research On Multi-Project Performance Evaluation Of Construction Enterprise

First of all,the paper constructs a set of more perfect construction enterprise multi-project management performance evaluation system in order to carry out valuable experience and lessons in management in subsequent construction management and project selection,and constantly improve and enhance the overall level of project management.Secondly,according to the performance evaluation of multi-project management in construction enterprises,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,the construction of evaluation index system is analyzed and the evaluation model is established and evaluated.Finally,taking the multi-project management of S company as an example,the performance of multi-project management is evaluated,and some suggestions are put forward for improvement based on the results of the assessment.First of all,the article made a literature review about the research status quo and related theories of multi-project management and performance evaluation and then a brief introduction about the t h e o r e t i c a l b a s i s of me t h o d a n d i n d e x co n s t r u c t i on of pr o j e c t management performance evaluation.Then,on the basis of the main function of the construction enterprise,taking KPI and balanced scorecard as the index,the performance evaluation index system of multi-project management is established with combination of enterprise performance evaluation and project performance evaluation by qualitative and quantitative.Matter element analysis method is used to calculate the correlation between each index and the evaluation level whose weights is determined by the AHP method.And then,the association value is passed to the upper layer through the integrated index weights and determines the overall level of multi-project management performance evaluation of construction enterprises.At last,taking S company as an example,the multi-project management integrated grade of the company is calculated by the performance evaluation model of matter element analytic hierarchy process.The ov e r a l l l e v e l o f m u l t i-p r o j e c t m a n a g e m e n t in S c o m p a n y h a s standardized management processes,can manage the project from the overall basically and has clear strategic objectives.But there is a certain deviation between the actual implementation and the scheduled plan and the market competitiveness need to be enhanced all-round.
