A Company Multi-project Management Performance Evaluation Study

With the improvement of national macro policies and industry development requirements,construction enterprises in our country have realized that they must speed up the transformation and upgrade,from pursuing scale to improving quality and efficiency.In the future,how to reduce project management cost,operation cost,improve work efficiency and project management efficiency,and realize management upgrade will be an important issue.In order to improve multi-project management more effectively,systematically and comprehensively,it is necessary to establish a performance evaluation system that is in line with the reality of the enterprise.Through a lot of research,interviews,and literature analysis,the author realizes that multi-project management is widely used in China's construction industry.However,the performance evaluation study of multi-project management is not mature enough and is fragmented.Through the analysis of the current situation of the performance evaluation management of multi-project management of company A,this paper concludes that there are problems such as unreasonable performance evaluation,inadequate implementation of problems,imperfect rules and regulations,and insufficient environmental construction.In order to solve these problems,the author,based on the theory of performance evaluation and other scholars 'research,initially selected five levels of finance,project operation,owner,learning and growth,and environment to create five levels for multi-project project performance evaluation of secondary indicators and 27 third-level indicators.Based on the expert evaluation opinions,23 indexes of multi-project management performance evaluation of A company were determined.By using AHP,the weight coefficient of each index is obtained by expert scoring,the judgment matrix and consistency test are constructed,and the hierarchical analysis model of multiple project performance evaluation index system of A company is established.The model is used to evaluate the performance of a company's multi-project management.According to AHP,the main factors are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.The problems existing in a company's multi-project management are found,and the financial aspects are highlighted.It is recommended that the cost of each project be disclosed,control or even reduce the cost,and encourage management innovation and improve management efficiency.At the same time,a company to implement multiple project management performance evaluation supporting measures,respectively senior management support,project team support,functional department support,regulatory protection,corporate culture and strategic security.
