The Quantitative Research And Restoration Of The Deterioration Mechanism Of The Stone Deterioration Of The Heritage Building In Twentieth Century

Stone in Beijing twentieth Century heritage building in the use of a wide range,not only the interpretation of the architectural style of Beijing outstanding heritage and artistic pursuit, but also witnessed the history of the development of the construction process and the evolution of social history over a hundred years.In recent years, with our country has gradually paid more attention on the 20 th century historical building, repair engineering is increasing day by day. However, the repair work is built on the foundation of simple diagnosis and extensive repair, due to pathological diagnosis is not allowed, remediation technology strategy improper selection, seriously affecting the repair effect of this kind of building, and eventually lead to "repair failure ".Practice has proved that in the 20 th century heritage buildings, it is not possible to apply already mature conventional repair, but must in under the premise of accurate pathological diagnosis of the degradation status of systematic, scientific evaluation analysis, form complete and effective evaluation conclusion, guide the repair work,protection of historic buildings and cultural relic value, and give full play the proper role in the process of urban construction in the 20 th century heritage buildings.For the reason, this study focused primarily on two levels: first, quantitative analysis of stone deterioration mechanism, the second is suitable repair technique analysis. The thesis is divided into the six chapters.Chapter Ⅰ: introduction. Interpretation of key concepts, introduces the research background, research object, research significance, research work at home and abroad were reviewed, notes the difficulty of repairing the deterioration of stone stage where clear research objectives and innovation, and lists the full text of the framework.Chapter Ⅱ: Beijing chapter of the 20 th century heritage building stone type selection summary and example investigation. Simple combed Beijing outstanding20 th century heritage building in the use of stone, a common site of application, type and production. On the basis of examples and investigations, diagnosis facade disease,establish the mechanism of degradation phenomena to stone disease, and sum up the reasons.Chapter Ⅲ: Beijing 20 th century heritage building stone deterioration definition and classification of grading of deterioration. Through personal research and interviews, we obtain actual cases of domestic engineering and summarize stage building stone deterioration merit and gaps in restoration works.The last part is the conclusion of the paper. Summarize the results of the study,make a conclusion, propose the directions of future research and explain the contents to be perfect.
