Research On The Design Strategy Of High Rise Building Tourism Experience

In recent years,with the rapid growth of urban population,the amount of construction has risen rapidly,the value of urban land has doubled,and the intensive use of land has been intensively advocated in the city.Therefore,a large number of high-rise buildings have been built,and the higher they are built.The huge amount of construction leads to the reduction of urban public space.In order to creating more urban public space,the three-dimensional design of urban land becomes a trend.The top designers make full use of high-rise buildings or high overlooking the city Department viewing advantages,three-dimensional design,sightseeing and experience in its internal settings,open top in high building or department of tourism space,to form the city public space,and become a new window of City publicity,more and more high-rise buildings in the beginning set sightseeing experience.Basing on at home and abroad research,this paper surveys the needs and present situation of at home and abroad high-rise buildings which set sightseeing experiences,using the city image theory,location theory,vertical city theory,hierarchy of needs theory,environmental psychology theory.According to the research results,we summarize the function configuration and streamline design features of high-rise building sightseeing,and analysis common problems in tourist experience.In the fourth chapter,from the functional characteristics,function space type and space form,the the functions of tourism experiences are discussed in detail;in the fifth chapter,from the tourism experience of the stream of people before,guidance and diversion measures in the streamline design of sightseeing experience model,after the flow of measures to ease the tourist experience,tourist experience streamline detailed design,high-rise the construction of tourism experiences streamline design are studied in deep;on the basis of previous research,according to the present situation of high-rise building tourism experience design problems and the needs of tourists,in the sixth chapter of the thesis put forward the strategies of improving the high-rise building sightseeing experience,including two aspects of measures to alleviate the fatigue of tourists and high speed elevator adverse reaction three,optimization strategy of rich sightseeing experience function,space combination,vertical transportation.The innovation of this paper:(1)This paper summarizes the design rules of the function configuration and streamline of high-rise building of tourism experiences,puts forward the design characteristics of different building types and streamline sightseeing mode appropriate,provide a reference for the design of high-rise building experience for sightseeing.(2)From the aspects of function,space combination and vertical transportation,this paper puts forward the optimization design strategy of the tourism experience in order to guide the optimization design of the tourism experience of the high-rise building.
