The Study Of Rural Planning In The Villager Community

China is in the process of rapid urbanization at present.The construction and development of rural areas will continue to be accelerated in the coming period.During the 10 years after the publishing of the urban and rural planning act,the "rural planning should respect the villagers will" is constantly practiced in the process of planning in the country.The design of the rural planning is changed from the previous "top-down" towards the "combined with up and down" or "bottom up" direction.And the dominant position of villagers in rural planning must be implemented has become the consensus.This first part of this article is focusing on the status of the domestic villagers' participation in village planning.It points out that the current study of villagers in rural planning is still very limited.The domestic research and exploration in the field of villagers' participation in village planning started late compared with abroad,most researches focus on the basics of characteristics of the villagers as the research object,on the empirical research of the practical case,and on the innovation of villagers to participate in rural planning research,etc.Second,based on the identity of the villagers,the effect of the villagers in rural planning and the influence of villagers' participation in village planning,this article analyzes the main body of rural planning-the villagers.As a potential influence,the villagers affect the village planning.Then,this article analyzes the problems from the cases " the villagers in the Nan Jiao village participate in the protecting traditional villages planning" and " villagers from Sun He participate in the adjustment planning for adjustment",and provide some suggestions in the different situations of villagers' participation in village planning according to the planning session,folk revival by villagers,cultivating rural planners and the memorial map based on LBS.In the end,the article proposed some suggestions and strategies on the villager based rural planning.
