With the continuous progress of science and technology,unmanned aircraft is widely applied not only in civilian area,but also in the military field.The platform management system as a core part of the UAV,is mainly responsible for the real-time control of airborne and monitoring all the components of the system,which leads to the relationship between the system is complex and requires processing a large amount of data,many of the characteristics of higher real-time requirements.At the same time,it also brings severe test to the development and maintenance of the system.In order to verify the correctness and feasibility of the management subsystem,we need to develop an effective,stable and versatile automatic test system.Based on the research and development of a unmanned aircraft's platform management subsystem,a test automation system with universal,real-time and stability under limited hardware resources is developed in this paper.To fully understand the system demand conditions,in accordance with the hardware layout of system software is divided into upper and lower machine part two,taking into account the universality of the system,the system software is divided into several parts according to the modules in the function,such as analytical data real-time display module,UDP module,network transmission control software module.This article describes in detail the part of the system,which can be divided into AIO,DIO,RES and 1553 B parts according to the type of board.At the completion of the system hardware selection and software part of the future,taking into account in the use of the test equipment,taking into account the manual test will seriously affect the efficiency of the test,in order to shorten the test time,and then the development of automatic test version,discussed in the automatic test,the test case of how to utilize the system resources,limited,automatic scheduling tasks,as far as possible to improve the testing efficiency.In this paper,based on the actual situation of the system,an automatic test scheduling strategy is proposed to improve the efficiency of the test.After the completion of the ground test equipment design,it is delivered to the user for acceptance and use.Through the actual test,the hardware equipment runs normally,the software of the upper and lower position machines runs smoothly,and the various modules of the system prove stable and feasible.In short,the system has strong universality.Portability,scalability.After the completion of system design,developed a manual test mode and automatic test mode,manual testing because of its irreplaceable,considering some signals not testing automatic test,finally retained the manual test software version,testing results show that compared with the manual test,the test efficiency has been significantly improved,completely meet the actual use.
