The platform management subsystem is the most important sub-system on the unmanned aircraft,which realizes real-time monitoring and control of all the remaining subsystems on the machine.It collects and receives all data and signals in the process of unmanned aerial vehicles in real time,and realizes the data to be transmitted,processed,saved and displayed in real time.Therefore,the platform management sub-system has many advantages such as cross-linking,logic complexity,large amount of data and high real-time,which brings too much difficult to the integrated test phase and maintenance stage.It needs a set of efficient and stable automatic Test system to help testers improve test and maintenance efficiency.This paper develops a set of distributed automatic test system which can be applied to unmanned aerial vehicle under the condition that the hardware is allowed to be developed by the three finished products of the platform management sub-system.Firstly,the function and performance analysis of the integrated test system is carried out,and the system is divided into the lower computer application software and the integrated computer integrated test software according to the function.The lower computer application software is divided into five parts according to the data type(1553B signal,DIO signal,etc.),and the manual configuration interface is reserved for future addition function.The host computer part is divided into system excitation,response and general three parts.This article details the system incentives,general,1553 B,and DIO parts that I am responsible for.The use of test case editing software for the system to produce accurate,reliable,efficient and flexible test program to solve the system operator can not change the code of the problem;to XML file For the carrier to achieve the test program configuration to achieve the purpose of flexible test editable;through the use of test case editing software and test case resolution module used to achieve the automatic generation of system incentives.In the general control part of the host computer using multi-threaded and thread pool use and management,reducing the host computer system logic complexity and the amount of data brought about by the pressure for the system to provide real-time four real-time guarantee.And then through the host computer integrated software will host the functional modules of the integration,through the incentive and response to reuse the design to reduce the complexity of program operation and enhance human-computer interaction.Finally,after the system code is completed,the functional performance test is carried out to verify that the software meets the requirements.Through the distributed test system architecture,the separation test of the host computer integrated test software and the lower computer application software is reduced,the system operating pressure is reduced,the system real-time is ensured,the flexibility and the use period of the system test are improved,and finally the system operation is strong,The module between the high portability,high versatility and high scalability characteristics.Test system used in the actual project can be good to meet the current needs of the work.
