Because of the long running time and large power of operation,the environmental control system of subway has become a large energy consumer in urban public facilities.According to the analysis of existing operation data,the energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning system accounts for the largest proportion of total energy consumption,usually25%~35%.At present,the equipment loading capacity and control mode of the ventilation and air conditioning system of the subway station are selected according to the long term operation of the subway.The proportion of the full load operation time of the equipment is very low,and the system has considerable energy saving potential.This paper takes the Hongtudi station of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 6 as the research object,and analyzes the load characteristics of the air conditioning system based on the characteristics of deep buried engineering.In Hongtudi station,the entrance and exit channel is longer than 60 m,and the load of the equipment is more than 18.1%,the burial depth of the outdoor air well is close to 60 m,the maximum load of outdoor air is 47.0kW under the cooling effect of the outdoor air well,and the proportion of the total outdoor air load is 16.2%.Through the analysis and study of the test data of the temperature and humidity of the Hongtudi station,it is found that the current state of the ventilation and air conditioning system is relatively stable,but the temperature of the public area in the air conditioning season is low,and the temperature is less than the design temperature of 3~4 degrees centigrade in about 60%of the time,and there is a great energy saving potential.The energy consumption model of Hongtudi station is established by EnergyPlus,and the annual energy consumption in the early,near and long term is simulated,and the monthly energy consumption of the chiller,fan,pump and cooling tower is analyzed,and the annual energy consumption of the red earth station is obtained.By analyzing the influence of two main factors of passenger flow and outdoor meteorological parameters on the energy consumption of air conditioning,the characteristics of "two peaks and a flat section" are presented under the common influence of the two,and the peak load of the late peak is reached the maximum.Starting from the changing rule of hourly cooling load in public areas,the energy saving measures for variable frequency control of fans are studied,and the annual fan VAV operation scheme is obtained.The results show that the energy saving rate of ventilation and air conditioning system in the early,near and long term is35.2%,19.7% and 10.9% respectively,and the conclusion can provide some reference for the operation of ventilation and air conditioning system in subway station.
