In recent years,as a fast and efficient urban public transport,Metro has been built in many metropolises.With the rapid development of the subway,the control of station environment has attracted wide attention.The traditional control schemes have many problems,such as inaccurate temperature adjustment and high energy consumption,which can not meet the requirements of modern subway environment control system(subway ring control system).Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the subway environmental load and the working principle of the subway ring control system,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the subway environmental load and the working principle of the subway ring control system,this paper selects the related equipment in the system according to the structure of the ring control system.And according to the different requirements of fan control,inverter control system,soft starter control system and intelligent motor protector control system are designed respectively.Secondly,according to the different operating modes of each subsystem in the subway control system,the software of the air conditioning and ventilation system of the station and the tunnel ventilation system in the ring control system is designed.After analyzing the existing problems of the traditional control scheme,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to control the environment parameters of the public area of the station by using the variable frequency fan to change the air supply.In the process of research,the fuzzy PID controller is analyzed and designed,and the MATLAB simulation software is used to compare the fuzzy PID control with the traditional PID control.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control has a short adjustment time,a small overshoot and a better suppression of the interference.Finally,the hardware and software parts of the subway control system are modularized and integrated,and the monitoring and control of the temperature,humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in the subway station environment are realized.And the data collection and Analysis on the site shows that the control effect and energy saving effect of the system are good after the frequency conversion control,which meets the control requirements of the subway ring control system.
