In recent years,Internet,e-commerce and other advanced technologies have been used and popularized with China’s rapid economic growth.In this background,enterprise are trying to update and optimize their industrial structure,which result in fierce competition among many modes of transportation.Customers have put forward new requirements for the delivery of goods,such as the timeliness,shortcut,convenience,information transparency and differentiation.In order to adapt to the increasingly competitive market and meet the needs of customers,railway freight transportation has put forward new developing directions and reform measures.The business process of railway freight transport is related to the quality of freight service and the efficiency of transportation.It is an important part of the transformation of traditional freight service organization,so the optimization of business process is very necessary.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,this paper analyzed the background and significance of optimizing railway freight business process,and summarized the research status qua of business process optimization and design.Then,development of railway freight business is analyzed and summarized.The railway freight business process is analyzed in detail,and and the optimization of business process is analyzed with the core of optimization of railway freight business flow.On the basis of optimization principles and methods,ideas for optimization and evaluation are put forward.Secondly,the overlapping,redoing,uncertainty and information transmission modes of railway freight business process were analyzed based on design structure matrix.A railway freight business process optimization model,which takes minimum time and the minimum cost as the goal,was constructed.Moreover,an improved simulated annealing algorithm is employed to solve the model and we introduced the crossover operator and mutation operator of genetic algorithms into solving process,which further improves the efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,a case study was conducted,which takes the unloading process,the loading process,purchase process and parcel sending operation process as the examples.The optimization solution process is implemented by MATLAB software.According to the optimized adjacency matrix and information transmission modes,the original freight business process structure is optimized.In addition,the time consumption and cost consumption of the freight business process before and after the optimization were illustrated.The results show that the optimized business process reduces the time consumption and cost consumption,which saves the resource consumption of the business process effectively.The structural optimization measures and information transfer modes proposed in this paper effectively reduce the cost and time consumption of the business process.To a certain extent,the overall efficiency of the railway freight center has been improved.It will provide suggestions and measures for improving the service quality,meeting customers’ satisfaction of railway freight transport,improving freight efficiency and saving operation cost. |
